The Nursys® Emergency Responder service offers emergency response organizations a quick and easy bulk license lookup process for when an emergency has been declared. Licenses must be from an Emergency Responder participating board of nursing to be included in the Licensure QuickConfirm Report. For a current list of approved organizations, please click here.
The Nursys® Emergency Responder service allows approved emergency response organizations the ability to bulk look up nurse licenses free of charge through Nursys® during a declared emergency event.
Any NCSBN approved organization, either governmental or private, that has been designated by state, federal, local or international authorities to respond to a declared emergency event may qualify.
An emergency response organization will complete the online registration form and submit it to NCSBN. Upon approval, the organization will receive a login ID and password. The emergency response organization may then access Nursys® for bulk Licensure QuickConfirm Reports during a declared emergency event.
An event designated as an emergency by local, state, federal or international authorities that calls for the use of nurse volunteers.
